Nasarawa Scholarship: NASSA President Rejects Disqualification of Students

The incumbent president of Nasarawa State Students Association (NASSA), Umar Ibrahim, has vehemently kicked against the proposed disqualification of enlisted students from the state scholarship board.
The president made his position known during a close-door meeting with the state commissioner of Education, Aliyu Tijani on Monday.
Comr. Ibrahim during the meeting, said his proactive administration has zero tolerance when it comes toying with the interest of NASSITEs.
The commissioner in his response, said every student who was screened during the exercise will benefit from the disbursement.
He appealed to NASSITEs to be patient with the board, that substantive majors is being put in place to avoid administrative recklessness.
